ICO has a Code of Conduct which lays down the basic ethical principles that must be applied in carrying out ICO activities, as well as the professional conduct guidelines for its employees. It also has Internal Regulations for Conduct in the Securities Market Field.
Due to ICO's legal status, it is subject to the obligations deriving from Public Employment Opportunities and must ensure that principles such as equality, merit and ability are upheld in the recruitment of its staff.
For contracting works, supplies and services, ICO follows internal procedures that primarily ensure advertising, competition, transparency and confidentiality standards.
