The day-to-day management body is the Operations Committee.
- The Committee, as a collegiate management body, has decision-making and advisory powers under the terms and restrictions delegated to it by the General Board or the Chairman.
- The Operations Committee is responsible for being informed by any of its members about matters within its competence.
- The function of Secretary of the Committee is performed by the Assistant Director for Legal Counsel, who has speaking but no voting rights.
- The Operations Committee comprises the Chairman, the board members and the Secretary. The Chairman of the Instituto de Crédito Oficial acts as Chairman of this committee. The Director Generals of the Institute are ex officio members.
