Corporate Governance Report
The ICO Corporate Governance Report is a report drawn up in accordance with OECD Directives on the Corporate Governance of State-Owned Companies and the White Paper on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance.
With this report, ICO intends to make its governance structure and the principles and mechanisms of good governance it has put into place fully transparent.
The Corporate Governance Report will be updated yearly and is complementary to existing reports such as the Annual Accounts, the CSR Report and the United Nations' Global Compact Progress Report, which underline the institution's commitment not just to legal requirements but to best practices in the sphere of transparency and a better understanding of the Institute by our clients, employees and investors.
