Head of Corporate and Institutional Investment

Enrique Blanco has a degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He has developed the whole of his career in the Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO), holding different positions of responsibility, among others Head of the Accounting Department and Management Control, Assistant Director of the Planning Office, Assistant Director of Co-operative Banking and Mediation, Assistant Director of Innovation, Assistant Director of Banking Mediation and Assistant Director of Innovation and Development.

As Head of Economic Policy he is responsible for promoting and coordinating those actions taken by the Instituto regarding economic policy and the contracting, administration and follow-up in representation of the government.
