Judith Arnal Martinez. ICO Board Member

Judith Arnal graduated with a PhD in Economics and Business from the University of Navarra (cum laude) in May 2019. Previously, she completed a Master's degree in Macroeconometrics and Finance at the Menéndez Pelayo International University and a Master's degree in Portfolio Management at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (Institute for Market Studies). She has been a member of the Spanish State Trade Analysts and Economists Division since 2012, having previously graduated in Economics and Law from the University of Navarra.

Since 2012, she has been providing her services at the General Secretariat of the Treasury and International Finance, specialising in financial analysis and regulation, as well as European affairs. Since 2019, she has been Director of the Technical and Financial Analysis Cabinet.

Between 2016 and 2019, she was Chairman of the Eurogroup Working Group Task Force on Coordinated Action, a technical group responsible for negotiations to strengthen the Eurozone. Between 2019 and 2020, she was a Director at ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity).
