In order to perform its full range of activities, Instituto de Crédito Oficial obtains funds by netting resources on financial markets. The Institute has the Spanish State's guarantee on debts and other obligations incurred in the netting of funds on the financial markets.
This guarantee is explicit, irrevocable, unconditional and direct.
