I Equality Plan

Instituto de Crédito Oficial hereby declares its commitment to establishing equal opportunities for men and women as a strategic principle of its Corporate and Human Resources Policy, in accordance with the definition of that principle laid down in Organic Law 3/2007, of 22 March, on real equality between men and women.

To this end, it shall promote the establishment and development of policies that include equal treatment of and opportunities for men and women, without discrimination, whether direct or indirect, on the grounds of gender, and it shall promote and encourage measures to achieve genuine equality within the organisation
